I accept Highmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield and UPMC (excluding UPMC for You). For out-of-network clients, I can provide a superbill. Please verify telehealth coverage and co-pays with your insurance provider.

Yes, HSA and FSA cards are accepted for therapy sessions. However, late cancellation fees may not be covered.

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled 24 hours in advanced. Late cancellations incur a the full rate of the session.

Yes, all sessions are conducted online using the HIPAA-compliant platform Simple Practice. This includes a secure client portal for managing documents and scheduling.

The duration of therapy depends on your unique goals, challenges, and personal commitment. While weekly sessions often lead to faster progress, we can adjust the frequency based on your needs and what works best for your life. Therapy is a flexible process, and we’ll work together to determine the right timeline for you.

I work exclusively with adults aged 18 and older.

I do not work with minors, court-mandated individuals, child-custody cases, or clients seeking treatment for substance abuse. Referrals to appropriate providers are available for these cases.

I currently focus on individual therapy for adults and do not offer couples therapy. Referrals can be provided for couples counseling.

Unfortunately, no. My licenses allow me to provide therapy only in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Florida. You must reside in one of these states for our sessions.(https://flhealthsource.gov/telehealth/).

Yes, therapy is confidential, with some legal exceptions for safety and well-being, such as suspected abuse or harm to self/others. For insurance clients, diagnosis and treatment plans are shared with your provider. Private pay clients' information remains confidential.
